Description
Hepa Ultracel I Filter
The Ultracel I Hepa filter is designed to provide solutions for the stringent requirements of cleanrooms. The filter media is made from ultra-fine fiberglass with high dust removal efficiency from H10 (95%@0.3µm) to H14 (99.999@0.3 µm).
The filter is pleated and separated by corrugated aluminum separators, maximizing the filtration area while ensuring standard airflow and pressure drop requirements. Product classifications include standard airflow filters, high airflow filters, heat-resistant filters, and custom filters.
Applications
These filter series are very suitable for applications in cleanrooms from Class 100000 to Class 1000, such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, laboratories, food and beverage production, and hospitals.
- Ultracel I SC standard airflow
This model is designed with a surface air velocity of 1.5 m/s for stable airflow - Ultracel I HC high airflow
This model is designed with a surface air velocity of 2.5 m/s for high airflow. - Ultracel I HT high heat resistant
This model can withstand operating temperatures in a temperature range of 250 to 350 degrees Celsius.
